The conference consisted of three days of innovative sessions focused on real-world solutions to the challenges owners and their teams face and a truly inspiring line-up of speakers. GROW! 2024 was held in Des Moines, IA on February 6-8, 2024, and featured an in-depth, behind-the-scenes tour of RJ Lawn & Landscape, a company expected to do $10M in annual revenue in 2023 that offers full services: design-build, maintenance, lawn care, and snow removal. Thanks to their amazing facility, the majority of the company tour for 2024 was held indoors and sheltered from the elements.
