About Stephanie Leveling and the Integra Group
After spending a couple of seasons in the commercial greenhouse industry after college where she did her internship, Stephanie decided she wanted to work in the industry she was supplying all the plants to. She began as a crew leader for Munie Greencare Professionals in Caseyville IL, a St. Louis Metro area commercial maintenance company. Having built a career that has spanned three decades working for some of the largest commercial maintenance companies in the St. Louis market primarily in account management, for the last seven years she served as the commercial maintenance divisional manager for Ideal Landscape Group located in south St. Louis County; a $4million commercial maintenance company.
In the fall of 2021, Stephanie decided she wanted to be of service to all kinds of companies in the green industry and joined The Integra Group (https://www.theintegragroup.com) on their BOSS elevation team. Working for BOSS allows her to continue to work and contribute to the industry she loves and to assist landscape companies in their growth and work through hurdles often encountered on the climb to the top. She has also been able to use her voice to continue to promote the industry as a whole and especially support women at all levels in the workforce.
Active with the NALP’s Women in Landscape Network as a board member, Stephanie was recently appointed to the Gateway Professional Horticulture Association board in St. Louis. This, along with her Proven Winners Landscape Maintenance Certification allows her to stay in touch with people that love plants and nature as much as she does.
Keeping up with her two teenage boys allows her and her husband to be active in the community as well. Stephanie is on the board of directors for the O’Fallon Little Panthers Football Club and served as the committee chair in the local Cub Scouts. In her family’s spare time, they enjoy attending St. Louis Cardinal Baseball games at Busch Stadium, cheering on their beloved Green Bay Packers and attending games with her dad and spending time hunting and hiking at their property in the very southern portion of Illinois.
